Method for early differential diagnostics of acute renal insufficiency and terminal stage of chronic renal insufficiency includes investigation of glomerular filtration, level of urea, creatinine of blood and daily diuresis in dynamics at stage of oligoanuria and restoration of diuresis, determination of peak systolic, end diastolic rate of blood circulation and index of resistance at level of the stem of main renal artery. At increase of rate and decrease of indices of resistance sat stage of restoration of diuresis oine diagnoses acute renal insufficiency, and at increase or decrease of rates and keeping or increase of indices of resistance one diagnoses terminal stage of chronic renal insufficiency. |
