PURPOSE: A radioactive ray-shielding sheet, clothes manufactured therefrom, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer excellent flexibility of the sheet to users, and to prevent the toxicity of lead. CONSTITUTION: A radioactive ray-shielding sheet(100) is obtained by mixing lead powder with a synthesized material, and has a sheet shape with a flexible and resilience structure. The synthesized material contains an isocyanate based ester polymer compound, and an additive capable of molding by the high density and high pressure after combining the lead powder and the ester polymer compound. The lead powder contains more than 95wt% of lead.
