PURPOSE: A driving device of a stitching machine is provided to automatically and stably support a terminal according to the operation of a terminal insertion operation unit. CONSTITUTION: If a terminal insertion operation unit(100) moves forward and backward, a second link body(113) rotates. A coupling roller moves a forward and backward moving stand(115). The movement of the forward and backward moving stand is performed by the turning radius of the coupling roller. The forward and backward moving stand moves slower than the terminal insertion operation unit. A terminal is easily inserted into a connector case without the hitching of a terminal support unit.
