Method for evaluation of level of tension of post-vaccination immunity against diphtheria in children at which in children suffering on diabetes insular of 1 type one determines term of disease, keeping to schedule of vaccination against diphtheria, characteristics of humeral and cell immunity and level of post-vaccination immunity against diphtheria is evaluated as high if the child is ill for more than one year, schedule of vaccination without irregularities, IgG≤12 g/l, IgA≤1.7 g/l, IgM>1.45 g/l, CIK≤1.3 g/l, CIKcondt≤1.5, CD3>60 %, CD4>38 %, CD8 18-21 %, CD16≤12 %, CD22≤16.5 %; level of post-vaccination immunity against diphtheria is evaluated as low if the child is with first diagnosed diabetes, schedule of vaccination without irregularities or with irregularities, IgG>12 g/l, IgA>1.7 g/l, IgM≤1.45 g/l, CIK>1.3 g/l, CIKconst>1.5, CD3≤60 %, CD4≤38 %, CD8<18 %, CD16>12 %, CD22>16.5 %. |
