When the specific volume is 0.1314 ± 0.0546 for neutrophilic polymorphonuclear leukocytes (NPML), 0.0145 ± 0.0038 for lymphocytes, 0.0046 ± 0.0013 for macrophages, the abdominal cavity is washed with antiseptic solutions and irrigated with bacteriophage. When the specific volume is 0.2614 ± 0.0431 for NPML, 0.0126 ± 0.0023 for lymphocytes, 0.0039 ± 0.0010 for macrophages, the washing with antiseptic solutions and irrigation with bacteriophage is supplemented with the infiltration of the mesenteric root of the small intestine, the purulent foci in omentum and parietal peritoneum with bacteriophage. |
