The invention relates to processes for the preparation of multichrome light-emitting conjugated polymer, which can be used in optical and optoelectronic devices due to optical, in particular luminescent properties thereof.Disclosed is a process for the preparation of multichrome light-emitting conjugated polymer by thermal treatment while stirring MEH-PPV solution for at least 1 hour in organic solvent, including but not limited to tetrahydrofuran, toluene, benzene chloride with added polar proton-containing solvent such as ethanol, methanol, water, acid solution. The process disclosed enables to prepare a polymer with luminescent spectrum within the wide range from yellow to blue and enhanced luminescence intensity. |
