PERISTALTIC DOSING PUMP WITH FLEXIBLE ELASTIC DECK

摘要

A peristaltic dosing pump with flexible elastic deck has vertical plates of the body between which a rotor with pressing out rollers and a hold-down mechanism are installed. To provide uniform pressing of elastic hoses with elastic deck and for simplification of design the hold-down mechanism has flexible elastic deck, tension cramp that is fixed in the body with possibility of pre-tension of the deck and pivotally connected to one end of flexible elastic deck, and a bent cramp that is pivotally connected to the other end of the deck and installed to openings of vertical plates of the body, this at turn in those openings with passing through dead point sets the flexible elastic deck to on or off position.
