A method for intra-abdominal puncture of the echinococcus cyst of the liver comprises laparotomy, visual exploration of the liver and intra-abdominal puncture of the cyst with the needle equipped with draining tube. The parasitic content is aspirated, the cystic cavity is disinfected with germicide agents, and the drainage is fixed to the skin. Intraoperatively, the ultrasonic probe approaches the liver via the open abdominal cavity. The cyst is located, the safe direction for the needle is considered, and the cyst is punctured under the sonographic control. The bile and the blood is tested in the aspirated parasitic content. Finally, the draining tube is connected to the bellows. |
