A method for making chicken liver paste using a dry prebiotic mixture provides for heat treatment (that is frying by the main method) of liver with lard, bulb onion, cooling, mincing on a mincer, addition of butter and mixing up to obtaining the homogenous consistency, cooling the mass and prepacking thereof. The composition of the paste is supplemented with blanched chickpea, milk, nuts and the dry prebiotic mixture. |
