The invention relates to technological process and equipment for production of carbamide, in particular to a method for supply of carbon dioxide to carbamide synthesis and installation for its realization. According to the method claimed, one preliminarily carries out thermo-chemical compression of gaseous carbon dioxide in absorption-desorption unit of the installation, separation of drop moisture in moisture separator, drying is carried out in the block of adsorption drying of carbon dioxide, cooling of absorbers of that is carried out with alternation after regeneration due to cold of vapors of carbon dioxide that are taken out from the isothermal vessel, and liquefaction of gaseous COis carried out in of CO-ammonia cascade condenser due to cold that is produced in ammonia-water absorption refrigerating machine in which supercooling of liquid ammonia as a cold agent before throttling is carried out due to cold of liquid ammonia compressed before to pressure of 1,5 MPa. The installation includes adsorption-desorption unit for thermo-chemical compression of gaseous COto average pressure, unit for drying CO, unit for liquefaction of COand supply to unit for synthesis carbamide and an ammonia-water absorption refrigerating machine. The first and the second outlets of the unit for synthesis of ammonia are connected to installation for supply of carbon dioxide to carbamide synthesis. The third and the fourth outputs of the aggregate for synthesis of ammonia are connected to the unit for carbamide synthesis through the installation. The method and the installation claimed provide decrease of specific power consumption while supplying carbon dioxide to carbamide synthesis with required pressure (15 MPa) and increase of quality of carbon dioxide due to drying. |
