ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY APPARATUS

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to block light incident through the sides and the bottom of an active layer, thereby preventing the active layer from being deteriorated due to light. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor(TFT) is formed on a substrate(101). The thin film transistor comprises a gate electrode(103), an active layer(107), a source electrode(109), and a drain electrode(110). A first electrode(114) is electrically connected to the thin film transistor. A middle layer(116) is formed on the first electrode. The middle layer includes an organic light emitting layer. A second electrode(117) is formed on the middle layer.
