PURPOSE: A facial recognition emergency call system is provided to efficiently and rapidly respond to events and accidents by rapidly and reliably grasping the profile of a caller using an RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) card information or a face verification technology. CONSTITUTION: A calling terminal(100) recognizes a call by receiving one signal from the button press of a caller, a RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) card reader, or a voice signal with more than a constant dB. A camera takes a photograph of a face in order to recognize the face of the caller. The calling terminal transmits a recorded face image, a real time video, and an audio data or a RFID card identification number. A relay controller(110) is connected to the calling terminal and supplies stable power. The relay controller transmits the face image, the real time video, and the audio data or the RFID card identification number which are transmitted from the calling terminal in which a call signal is generated. An interface controller(130) is connected to the relay controller. The interface controller converts the face image, the real time video, and the audio data or the RFID card identification number, which are transmitted from the relay controller, into a DVR(Digital Video Recorder) signal and transmits the DVR signal. |
