The informatization system of socio-political process comprises users’ automation-equipped working place connected to Internet with input and display media connected at least with one storage and information processing server installed on the server and carried out as applied program modules a information content subsystem carried out with opportunity of information database maintenance, viewer, classification and systematization of handling of society representative with means of statistic and accounting maintenance, a user’s interaction subsystem with the system. In addition there is at least a sub system of work evaluation of government authorities and budgetary organizations, an evaluation subsystem and public hearings of draft resolutions, an evaluation subsystem of implementation of results, means of hoarding, statistical treatment and presentation of references of social representatives about authority and budgetary organization operation and quality of designs and resolutions, means of communications between system users. Herewith databases are carried out with opportunity to accumulate information with regard to fulfill state functions by government authorities and budgetary organizations as regard to draft resolutions, taken decisions and their implementations and with opportunity of division at least into national, district, regional levels, regions and social forms. |
