PURPOSE: A cannula apparatus for laparoscopic surgery and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the discharge of a fluid through a cannula part during surgical operation by detachably installing a valve part in the cannula part, thereby easily discharging extracts by the surgical operation. CONSTITUTION: A cannula part(10) is inserted through a cut-out part of a human body. A trocar part(90) is inserted in order to be able to appear/disappear from the cannula part. The trocar part cuts an abdominal wall. A valve part(30) is detachably combined in the cannula part. The valve part movably supports the trocar part. A case is inserted in a mounting part. An inner case is combined in the case while fixing a support part.
