Method for fixation of changes of temperature and device for its realization relate to measuring engineering. To fix temperature changes one uses dependence of angle of turn of plane of polarization of light that passes in sensitive element on temperature. As a sensitive element one uses a crystal of yttrium-ferrite-garnet placed to permanent magnetic field and magnetized to saturation. Angle of turn of the plane of polarization of light is measured with a high-accuracy device. The device for realization of the method includes connected in sequence light source, filter, diaphragm, polarizer, sensitive element, Faraday modulator and an analyzer. There are additionally included connected in sequence photo-receiver, amplifier, synchronous detector and acoustic generator, and indicator that is connected to the synchronous detector. At that as a sensitive element a crystal of um-ferrite-garnet, the input of the photo-receiver is connected to the output of the analyzer, and acoustic generator is connected to Faraday modulator. The method and the device provide increase of sensitivity of measurements. |
