PURPOSE: A monitoring and security system based on a real-time multi-channel video are provided to perform a security function by receiving the real-time video of an infrared light through a wireless communication signal. CONSTITUTION: When the signal of an RFID tag(200) is sensed by a motion sensing sensor, plural transmission and reception apparatus(300) transmits the real-time video of an infrared ray camera(100) transmits the real-time video through a wireless communication signal. A monitoring repeater(400) receives the video information of an infrared camera from the transmission and reception apparatus. The monitoring repeater transmits the received video information to a portable display apparatus(500) through a wireless communication signal on real time. The portable display apparatus displays the video information of the selected channel on a screen.
