发明名称 A PRODUCTION METHOD OF FIRE RESISTANCE COMPOSITE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a fire-resistant composite material is provided to secure evacuation time when a fire breaks out by manufacturing the fire-resistant composite material using liquid glass and rice hull ash and delaying the generation of a poisonous gas. CONSTITUTION: The non-woven fabric of 1-5mm thickness is identically cut with the size of an insulating material(10). Rice hull ash of 0.5-2 times of the non-woven fabric volume is spread on the non-woven fabric. The non-woven fabric in which the rice hull ash is spread compressed in the temperature of 50-300°C and the pressure condition of 0.1~5 kgf/cm^2. An incombustible material(20) is formed in the front side(101) of the insulating material. The incombustible material is liquid glass. An aluminum thin paper(30) is formed in the front side of the incombustible material and the rear side of the insulating material.</p>
