METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR AVOIDING MAIN CLOCK SPURIOUS

PURPOSE: A method for avoiding a clock spurious influence and a device thereof are provided to prevent inflow of a high frequency or a clock spurious wave into an amplifier, thereby preventing deterioration of signal quality. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(100) receives an external signal through a receiving channel band. A plurality of oscillation units(300-1~300-n) oscillates a reference clock with different frequencies. A mixer unit(600) mixes one of reference clocks provided from the oscillation units with the external signal to generate an output signal. A controller(400) selects one of the reference clocks according to a frequency of the external signal and provides the selected clock to the mixer unit. A resistance unit stores frequency information of the external signal and reference clock information corresponding to the frequency information of the external signal.
