A measurement method for student knowledge level in the process of computer-based testing involving previous assignment of correlation coefficient value as dependence between signal values proportional corresponding to normative and actually time consumed for each response, presentation of a material for testing, determining value of actual correlation coefficient signal and comparison of signal values of actual and assigned correlation coefficient. Prematurely the teaching material collection signal is supplied determined for consideration at planned training session; prematurely to users training material signal is supplied for individual study by training material collection signal to give for consideration at training planned session; prematurely (shares) of testing assignments with full collection of testing material for previous testing and the signal values are determined with regard to the numbers (shares) of testing assignments for routine testing by a signal determined for study of training material collection; in the beginning of a training session is formed and supplied shuffle from a signal of full testing material collection the signal determined for previous testing with regard to the number of a testing material; the individual list signals of testing assignments received by each user in the result of their generation with full collection of testing material.
