CUTTERBAR OF MACHINE FOR MOWING AND SHREDDING PLANTS AND RESIDUES THEREOF

A cutterbar of a machine for mowing and shredding plants and residues thereof comprises a driving shaft on which a holder is fixed. At least two knives are hingedly attached to the latter. Each of the knives is mounted on the axle which passes through openings in the knife and holder. The cross-section of the part of the axle, which is arranged in the holder, and the opening therein have a form excluding the possibility of rotation of the axle relative to the holder. The axle above the holder is equipped with a threaded part with a nut, and under the holder the axle has the cylindrical part on which a knife is mounted. The axle end under the holder is equipped with a head which is shaped as a cylinder of increased diameter.
