The invention relates to a unit for treating seeds while storing thereof, which comprises an autotransformer, a high-voltage transformer, to the secondary outputs of which a cascade voltage multiplier is connected, to the high-voltage outputs of which plate electrodes are connected. Said plate electrodes are arranged vertically inside the treatment chamber. Removable isolation plates, made of dielectric material, are connected thereto. The high-voltage transformer is supplemented with a unit of converting alternate current into that direct, a current selection switch and a voltage adjuster. Said unit allows stimulating and disinfecting seeds of farm crops in high-voltage electrical field. |
