The present invention relates to epy devices intended for cutting, punching, bending and welding parts such as a flat rectangular frame made of shaped rolled stock of special section and can be used at production of the gas stoves. A semi-automatic device for manufacturing and welding a frame for a gas stove table grid comprises a frame with a table horizontally mounted and firmly fixed on the frame, with a vertical plate rigidly fixed thereon with a clamping device secured on it for fastening the gas stove table grid frame and four bending units, a hydraulic power unit. The semi-automatic device in its upper part has a U-shaped frame, inside which a unit of butt welding is rigidly fixed, and above the U-shaped frame a welding transformer is mounted. The frame and table are elongated in horizontal longitudinal direction, in which there are located the processing units to ensure the performance of all operations for production of the frame in the particular process sequence: an unwinding device, a straightening device with rollers for profile correction in the horizontal and vertical directions, a punching unit, a gear-type feed unit, a guide device, a control unit of shaped stock feed, a unit for cutting blanks mounted upstream of the four bending units. Use of the semiautomatic device of contact welding gas stove table grid frame will improve the accuracy of the geometric shape of the gas stove table grid frame with simultaneous increase of the semiautomatic device output and reduce the hand labor content. |
