A method for treatment of chronic pancreatitis, complicated by virsunholytiasis and pseudocyst of pancreas tail, at which additionally in a stump of main pancreatic channel a probe is entered towards the large duodenum pappilary, transduodenal pappilar sphyncterectomy is performed, concrements are removed and the external drainage of main pancreatic channel and choledoch is made.
