A device for cutting a tape into sheets comprises a rotating knife and a feeder of tape material in a cutting zone. Rotation of the movable knife is provided by a crank pivotally connected to a swing arm, which is a crank of a full-circle four-link mechanism. This crank is pivotally connected to a connecting rod, to which the movable knife is rigidly attached. The device further comprises a counter-knife, which rotates in the displacement direction of the knife which is a cylinder with an elastic cutting stick stretched on the surface thereof. |
