A method for preparation of an agent with anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial action provides the extraction of the dry ground up elm leaves with 40-60 % ethyl alcohol during two hours, after that prepared extract is poured out, and the process of extraction is carried out three times at total ratio raw material: extractant of 1:(15-20). The prepared extracts are combined, settled during 24-48 hours at room temperature, filtered and concentrated to the thick state. |
