摘要

PURPOSE: A transparent conductive film is crystallized at the temperature of heat-treatment process, and has remarkably superior conductivity due to a low resistance property at low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive film comprises: 0.01-10 weight% additive including one or two compounds selected from tantalum oxide, niobium oxide, and vanadium oxide; and 90-99.99weight% indium tin oxide. The transmittance of the transparent conductive film is 85-100%. The resistivity is 5x10^(-5) ~ 1x10^(-3) Ω·cm.
