USE OF VEGFR-3 AS A ISCHEMIA STROKE DIAGNOSTIC MARKER

PURPOSE: A VEGFR-3 gene as a marker for stroke diagnosis is provided to early and accurately diagnose and predict stroke. CONSTITUTION: A marker for stroke diagnosis contains VEGFR-3(vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-3) gene or VEGFR-3 protein encoded by the gene. The VEGFR-3 gene has a base sequence of sequence number 1. A composition for stroke diagnosis contains a material for measuring VEGFR-3 gene or protein level. A method for stroke diagnosis comprises: a step of measuring the amount of VEGFR-3 gene or protein existing in a biological sample; and a step of comparing the VEGFR-3 gene expression level or protein amount from a control group.
