FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: one produces two or more water-alcohol mixtures by way of mixing ethyl alcohol and water. Each water-alcohol mixture is purified with a different absorbent and filtered; then the mixtures are blended. During the water-alcohol mixtures preparation one may use ethyl alcohol and water of varied purification degree. ^ EFFECT: invention enables production of vodka with varied individual organoleptic properties due to simultaneous usage of different compositions of water-alcohol mixture and absorbents for purification of the latter, imparting storage stability to them, as well as vodkas range extension. ^ 2 cl, 3 ex |
