FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Surgically implanted device contains case, fixation mechanism, which contains, at least, two fixing elements, made integral with implant for fixation of implant to body, fixing elements having extended position and folded position, drive element, fixed with possibility of rotation in case and made with possibility of simultaneous movement of, at least, two fixing elements from folded position into extended position and simultaneous movement of, at least, two fixing elements from extended position into folded position. When realising method of surgical implantation of medical implant, medical implant is placed near body tissue, simultaneously move each of, at least, two fixing elements from folded position into extended position during rotation of drive element in order to fix medical implant to body tissue. ^ EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to simplify and accelerate implantation procedure. ^ 18 cl, 29 dwg |
