摘要 FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in electronic hydro mechanical automatic control systems (ACS) of gas turbine engines with afterburner (jet turbine engines with afterburner). In addition, during delivery-acceptance test (DAT) of the engine the minimum allowable excess air coefficient is determined by experiment in afterburner - "rich" ignition boundary of afterburner, maximum allowable excess air coefficient in afterburner - "poor" ignition boundary of afterburner; the obtained data is entered to the engine logbook and the recording device of electronic engine control; minimum and maximum excess air coefficients obtained during DAC are corrected during engine operation as per air pressure value of engine inlet; before afterburner is activated, JN (jet nozzle) flaps are set to the position providing gas flow through JN throat area, which corresponds to the corrected "rich" ignition boundary of afterburner; start-up afterburner fuel flow is supplied to afterburner; hot streak unit is activated and afterburner ignition is monitored as per the measured gas temperature in afterburner; if afterburner ignition fails, start-up afterburner fuel flow and hot streak unit is tripped; position of JN flaps is changed so that excess air coefficient increases by 5%; start-up afterburner fuel flow is supplied to afterburner; hot streak unit is activated and afterburner ignition is monitored as per the measured gas temperature in afterburner; if afterburner ignition fails, position of JN flaps is changed so that excess air coefficient increases by 5% more, and ignition procedure is repeated; if afterburner ignition fails, the whole afterburner start-up procedure is repeated until afterburner ignition is recorded; if the increased excess air coefficient becomes bigger or is equal to the corrected maximum allowable excess air coefficient in afterburner, attempts to start-up the afterburner shall be abandoned and extraordinary operation plan of the engine shall be performed. ^ EFFECT: improving ACS operating quality and increasing economy of jet turbine engine with afterburner in afterburner modes. ^ 1 dwg
