FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: as pipes there are used concrete solidified pipes. A mounting pad is created by lengthwise lay of a lower layer of logs of 14-24 cm diametre tied with dogs, by crosswise lay of logs of 14-24 cm diametre over the lower layer, also tied with wire twisting, and by lay of a brush lining over these two layers. Strings of the pipeline of concrete solidified pipes are arranged on the mounting pad with length not less, than 60 m to facilitates control over quality of weld joints at fabrication of pipeline strings. Strings of the pipeline of concrete solidified pipes are lowered into a trench from a banquette prior to jointing with previously laid strings. A pipe-layer is alternately transferred and the pipeline is supported with erection clothes. Also, allowed height of pipeline string lifting over ground surface is specified as high, as 0.5 m. ^ EFFECT: expanded functionality of procedure due to reduced limitations for dimensions and weight of pipeline strings at its construction. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
