FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of foamed glass production. Natural pearlite is crushed. Crushed pearlite and 1-2 mm-dia glass balls are laid in mould so that pearlite fills cavities between glass balls. Then, thermal treatment, annealing and cooling down are performed. ^ EFFECT: foam glass with uniformly distributed pores. |
