FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dispersion of multicomponent fluids and may be used for processing oil slimes containing oil products, water and mechanical impurities. Proposed disperser comprises vibrator and activating disk coupled with flexible element of vibration drive dynamic system. Activating disk is set to resonance mode by selecting rigidity of spring element. Activating disk vibration amplitude is set by selecting location of dynamic mass on the spring free end.
