FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular - to production of biologically active dietary supplements and can be used as a source of luteolin bioflavonoid having an antioxidant effect. The biologically active dietary supplement production method involves preparation of vegetal raw material, recipe components weighing, preparation of a solution of a dry mixture of alfalfa hay, microelements and distilled water, extraction at a temperature of 180-190C during 5-6 hours under a pressure of 6ù10 Pa, the extract drying in the drying oven at a temperature of 55-60C during 4 hours. The content of alfalfa hay is 40-60 wt %. The biologically active supplement contains the following ingredients, wt %: alfalfa hay - 40-60, iron sulphate 7-hydrate - 0.350-0.450, zinc sulphate 7-hydrate - 0.08-0.09, manganese sulphate 5-hydrate - 0.045- 0.065, copper sulphate 5-hydrate - 0.001-0.004, ammonium molybdate - 0.0006-0.0012, ammonium vanadate - 0.0006-0.0012, cobalt sulphate 7-hydrate -0.0015-0.0025, chrome (III) sulphate 6-hydrate -0.0006-0.0012 and distilled water - balance for 100 wt%. ^ EFFECT: invention enables production of biologically active dietary supplements with increased bioflavonoids content which enables enhancement of the human organism antioxidant system: catalase enzyme activity, cerutoplasmine and immunoglobulins content. ^ 2 cl |
