FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of cosmetology and represents per oral composition for improving skin moistening and prevention of skin dehydration, which includes as active substance mixture, consisting of, at least, one gamma-linolenic acid, polyphenyls contained in vegetable extract, milk proteins and cultured milk bacteria, selected from, at least, one of: Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus helveticus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus kefiranofaciens, and claimed composition has water content, constituting, at least, 50% of composition weight; and where concentration of gamma-linolenic acid constitutes approximately from 0.02% to approximately 1% of composition weight, polyphenols constitute approximately 0.13%-18.7% of total active substance weight, concentration of milk proteins constitutes approximately from 1.5% to approximately 6% of composition weight, and cultured milk bacteria are represented in active substance in quantity, which constitutes approximately 106-1010 CFU/mg. ^ EFFECT: invention ensures increase of skin barrier function. ^ 23 cl, 4 ex, 5 tbl, 7 dwg |
