FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: building panel comprises reinforcement elements from longitudinal reinforced concrete bars, which are built into structural heat insulation material of panel filling and are installed at the borders of extreme quarters of panel cross section width, made with channel-shaped section and having holes in the wall, through which transverse reinforced concrete bars of rectangular cross section are pulled in turns at the top and at the bottom, ends of which are fixed to extreme longitudinal reinforced concrete bars of rectangular cross section, at the same time height of holes in walls of channel-shaped bars is equal to triple thickness of transverse bats of rectangular cross section. Holes in walls of reinforced concrete channel-shaped bars are made as a four-sided truncated pyramid, besides, for each pair of reinforced concrete bars of channel-shaped section the smaller base of the four-sided truncated pyramid is arranged for the first reinforced concrete bar of rectangular cross section in the pair at the outer side along with passage direction, and for the second one - at the inner side. Taper of the truncated pyramid makes 812 degrees. ^ EFFECT: reduced labour intensiveness of assembly and disassembly works when using a panel in floors and walls due to elimination of harmful joints on the inner surface of holes in walls of reinforced concrete bars, which occur due to filler sticking during further passage of transverse bars in two levels. ^ 3 dwg |
