FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: motor-generator includes module (12) of motor-generator, casing (17), lower flap (25), wheels (31, 32) and pull handle (125). Motor-generator module (12) includes motor (21) and generator (22). Module (12) is installed on lower flap (25) by means of mounting elements (33, 33). Pull handle (125) is installed so that it can be turned in upward-downward direction on upper panel of casing on the side opposite to wheels (31, 32). Wheels (31, 32) are installed on lower flap (25) by means of axis (113) of wheel pair within the limits of side walls of (66, 68) casing. Drive shaft (34) of motor passes parallel to axis (113). Cylinders (35) are inclined relative to axis (113). Axis (113) of wheel pair is located below cylinder, but above mounting elements (33).
