FIELD: transportation. ^ SUBSTANCE: capping system includes container, rim and disc. Container includes neck and section of neck top where external neck wall right below the sector is vertical, and the sector declines towards external container side at approximately 1 - 10 angle. The rim is fitted to be placed onto container neck and features top part and annular lug protruding inside from the top part. The disc is fitted to be placed between rim and container sector and features elevated annular ledge, bottom part of which features groove opening downwards and containing sealer material where groove thickness to container thickness ration is approximately within 2:1 to 1:1, and by disc placement into the rim, annular lug of the rim passes inside behind the elevated annular ledge and features grip part which grips top and bottom edges of elevated annular ledge. ^ EFFECT: new capping system ensuring better sealing to prevent penetration or emission of gases or liquids. ^ 10 cl, 4 dwg |
