FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Instrument for introduction of joint cavities of prostheses contains elongated rod (1), on whose anterior end absorbing head (2, 2') is provided for connection with joint cavity, absorbing device (10) with directed in rod(1) piston (11), absorbing canal (17), opening in absorbing head (2, 2'), and executive element (12), directed on guide (14) on rod (1).
