摘要 FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of electric optics, namely, to spectroscopy of condensed media and photoacoustic analysis of materials, and can be used in biomedicine for noninvasive quasi-continuous monitoring of blood components, mainly glucose. By means of light source tested medium, containing target component, is irradiated by probing and support rays with different specified wavelengths of short equidistant pulses, regulated in energy, number and frequency of their following. The wavelength of probing ray is selected near maximum, the wavelength of support ray being selected near minimum of band of target component absorption. Frequency of pulse following is selected in such a way that probing ray excites said fluctuations in cophasally with its own acoustic fluctuations in the medium, and support ray excites acoustic fluctuations in antiphase or irrespective of fluctuations, excited by probing ray. Component concentration is determined by measurement of amplitude and frequency of phase-conjugate photoacoustic fluctuations. ^ EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase accuracy and resolution of determination of target component concentration in turbid media such as human body, and extend dynamic range and spectrum zone of monitoring. ^ 25 cl, 10 dwg
