FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of animal, fish and bird feed production and may be used as a feed product or component of a feed product applied in cattle breeding, poultry farming and pond fish culture. The leguminous feed product is represented by thermally inactivated broad bean seeds treated by way of thermal treatment of seeds through staged heating with subsequent moistening and chilling of thermally inactivated seeds, primary seeds milling, moistening and secondary seeds milling. ^ EFFECT: invention implementation enables at least partial replacement of soya beans in the ration with a more affordable product combined with decreased quantity of anti-nutritional components in the product. ^ 3 cl |
