The device has an artificial apophysis (3) comprising a projection fixed at an upper part of a sacrum, where the projection cooperates with an interspinous implant (1). The projection includes a fixing unit i.e. clamp (2). A stirrup comprises an internal wall and an external wall, where the external wall includes the projection that extends toward outer side to constitute the artificial apophysis. The internal and the external walls are connected by an upper wall. The interspinous implant is made of one solid piece.
