PURPOSE: A safety guard with a buffer member for an electric power facility is provided to enhance the strength of a safety guard because a buffer member is installed inside the safety guard and keep an electric power facility safe in case of a vehicle collision. CONSTITUTION: A safety guard for an electric power facility is composed of annular bars, horizontal bars, and vertical bars and installed in a foundation to protect an electric power facility from an external impact or collision. The safety guard includes a buffer member which is composed of a shock absorber and a curing member and installed in a hollow formed by connection of the annular, horizontal, and vertical bars.
