<p>The motor has a vibrating rod (30) fixed to a surface of a dome-shaped piezoelectric ceramic part (10) such that the rod is displaced conjointly with the displacement of the ceramic part. A movable element (40) is linearly controlled by friction with the rod, and is in contact with the rod. Multiple electrodes are formed on opposed surfaces of the ceramic part. The movable element is displaced in a direction of displacement of the rod, if inertial force of the movable element is less than friction force between the movable element and the rod when the rod is displaced.</p> |
