PURPOSE: A printing charge method is provided to calculate the printing charge of an image creation apparatus based on the replacement number of a recording material. CONSTITUTION: A management server establishes charge costs at an image creation apparatus. The management server determines the replacement of received recording material in the image creation apparatus based on the received recording material information(S720). The management server counts the recording medium replacement frequency of the image creation apparatus in a charge period(S730). The management server calculates the printing charge amount of the image creation apparatus through the established charge cost and the counted recording material replacement frequency(S740).
