The transferring unit transfers a photo sensitive film(110) including the phosphor. The photo sensitive film including the phosphor passes through the protective film roll. The protective film is formed in the top or the lower part of the photo sensitive film. The first roll forms a photo sensitive film(111) including the protection film into the roll form.
