PURPOSE: A flexible duct for a ship air-conditioner and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the wiring from separating from a duct by forming an aluminum compression layer. CONSTITUTION: A flexible duct for a ship air-conditioner comprises a coil spring(S), an aluminum compression layer(10), an inner layer(12b) and an outer layer(12a). The aluminum compression layer is formed by compressing the aluminum compression layer in the outer circumference of the coil spring and the aluminum compression layer is formed. The inner layer is formed in the inner circumference of the coil spring. The outer layer is formed in the outer circumference of the aluminum compression layer.
