DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A dye-sensitized solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the water leakage of electrolyte by including an electrolyte layer which is formed into ionic liquid electrolyte having high viscosity and polyelectrolyte. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(110) and a second substrate(120) are each other faced in order to form a photoelectric domain(AZ). A sealing layer(150) seals the photoelectric domain between the second substrate and the first substrate. A dye active layer(130) absorbs optical energy which is income to the photoelectric domain and creates exciton. A electrolyte layer(140) has viscosity capable of maintaining shape for a designated time in the photoelectric domain. The electrolyte layer is formed into electrolyte which includes oxidation-reduction ion species.
