The machine has a rotor (2) carried by a shaft (1). Friction zones are formed between a spacer (23), an inner ring (50), a socket (22), a pulley (8) and the shaft. One of the strong friction zones between an inner section (17) of the pulley and a threaded end (13) of the shaft provides friction coefficient higher than that of the other friction zones between the pulley and the spacer. The strong friction zones have micro bursts of diamond particles having coefficient higher than that of steel. A metallic nut washer (100) is crossed by the shaft.
