The filter has a filtering element (30) arranged at an interior of a filter body (20). A lid (10) is fixed on the body in a sealed way, and comprises an inlet duct (11), a filtered gas oil outlet duct (12), and a lid sealing unit i.e. radial seal (51). The lid assures different organic functions of the filter. The lid comprises three cylindrical parts of same filter axis (XX') and different external diameters. The inlet duct and the filtered gas oil outlet duct are located at an upper part of the lid. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle.
